1. General Requirements

All Listings Must:

• Be legal to sell in your jurisdiction
• Accurately describe the item or service
• Include clear, authentic photos (no stock images unless disclosed)
• Specify correct pricing and availability
• Be placed in the appropriate category
• Include accurate location information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Items and Services

You may not list:

Illegal or Regulated Items:

• Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or prescription medications
• Weapons (firearms, ammunition, explosives) unless permitted by law
• Stolen goods or property
• Counterfeit or unauthorized items
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights

Dangerous Items:

• Hazardous materials
• Recalled products
• Unsafe products that violate safety standards

Prohibited Services:

• Adult services or sexual content
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Services that violate labor laws

Restricted Items:

• Alcohol and tobacco (restrictions apply)
• Live animals (restrictions apply)
• Medical devices and health products (restrictions apply)
• Gift cards and vouchers (restrictions apply)

2. Listing Quality Standards

Photos

• Minimum 1 photo, maximum specified by platform
• Photos must show the actual item
• Images must be clear and well-lit
• No watermarks from other sites
• No obscene or inappropriate content

Titles and Descriptions

• Be accurate and honest
• No misleading or clickbait titles
• No keyword stuffing
• Include relevant details (size, condition, brand, etc.)
• Disclose any defects or issues

Pricing

• Must reflect actual selling price
• No deceptive pricing tactics
• No listing items at $0 or absurdly high prices
• Include applicable taxes and fees

3. Category-Specific Rules

Real Estate

• Must include accurate square footage and amenities
• Disclose material defects
• Comply with fair housing laws

Vehicles

• Must include VIN, mileage, and condition
• Disclose accident history and mechanical issues

Electronics

• Must specify working condition
• Include model numbers and specifications

Services

• Clearly describe what's included
• Specify service area
• Include licensing information if required

4. Conduct Rules

You Must Not:

• Post duplicate listings
• Post spam or irrelevant content
• Manipulate search results
• Contact users outside the platform to circumvent fees
• Solicit reviews or feedback
• Post competitor listings to harm their business

You Must:

• Respond to inquiries promptly
• Honor your listings (no bait-and-switch)
• Update or remove sold/unavailable items
• Treat other users with respect
• Complete transactions as agreed

5. Enforcement

Violations May Result In:

• Listing removal
• Account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of fees
• Legal action

6. Seller Responsibilities

• Verify buyer identity when appropriate
• Package items securely
• Ship within stated timeframe
• Provide tracking information
• Comply with tax obligations
