4. Counter-Notice

5. Trademark Infringement

Reporting Trademark Violations

To report trademark infringement, provide:

  • Trademark registration number (if registered)

6. Our Response Process

Upon Receiving a Valid Notice:

  1. We will promptly investigate the claim
  2. We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  3. We will notify the user who posted the content
  4. We may suspend or terminate repeat infringers' accounts

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Stonebox.com will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We maintain a record of DMCA notices and may suspend or permanently ban users with multiple valid complaints.

8. False Claims

Warning: Filing false or fraudulent DMCA notices may result in legal liability. You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly misrepresent that content is infringing.
