3. Listing Fees

Basic Listings

6. Transaction Fees

When You Make a Sale

Standard Rate: [5%] of the final sale price (minimum $[0.50])

Fee Reductions

  • Professional Store: [3.5%] transaction fee
  • Enterprise Store: [0%] transaction fee on direct sales

Fee Cap

Maximum transaction fee per item: $[100.00]

7. Payment Processing Fees

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Alternative Payment Methods

10. Refund Policy

Fees That Can Be Refunded

  • Listing fees—if your listing is removed by Stonebox.com in error
  • Promotional fees—if the promotion did not run as advertised
  • Store subscription—prorated refund if canceled within 7 days

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Transaction fees on completed sales
  • Payment processing fees
  • Listing fees for policy violations
  • Promotional fees after the promotion has started

11. Fee Collection

How Fees Are Charged

  • Listing fees: Charged when you create the listing
  • Promotional fees: Charged when you activate the promotion
  • Transaction fees: Deducted from your payment when buyer pays
  • Store subscriptions: Charged monthly on your billing date

  • Credit or debit card

12. Fee Changes

Advance Notice

We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing fees. Notice will be provided via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • Banner notification on the website

Grandfathering

Active store subscriptions will maintain current pricing for the remainder of the billing period.

13. Invoices and Receipts

You can view and download invoices for all fees in your Account Settings > Billing History.

14. Tax Information

Sales Tax

Sellers are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax on transactions.

Service Fees and Tax

Stonebox.com fees may be subject to applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) based on your location.

15. Volume Discounts

High-Volume Sellers

If you regularly sell more than [100] items per month, contact our Business Team for custom pricing.

16. Charities and Non-Profits

Verified 501(c)(3) organizations may qualify for reduced fees. Contact nonprofit@stonebox.com for details.
